E-Commerce Contract

The purchase of any product on the online store novavibeshop.com implies the consumer's agreement to all the terms and conditions of this Product Sales Agreement.

Considering that:

I - novavibeshop.com is a company whose main activities consist of brokering products via the internet; II - The user is an individual or legal entity, duly registered under CPF/MF or CNPJ/MF, with a correctly filled out registration, whose information has been validated by novavibeshop.com; III - The user declares to be acting in good faith and in full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, stating that they have understood, read, and agree to all the terms and conditions provided herein.

ON PURCHASE AND SALE PROCEDURES Clause One: After placing a request to purchase products on the online store, the user must wait to receive a notification via email confirming the requested commercial transaction.

First paragraph: novavibeshop.com reserves the right not to confirm the purchase and sale in the following cases:

I - User with incorrect or invalid registration information; II - Deliveries to be made outside the delivery areas made available by novavibeshop.com at the time of purchase and sale; III - Fraud and bad faith, non-compliance with any of the site's conditions and policies, abuse of rights, and/or other situations that involve a violation of legal provisions or unjust enrichment on the part of the user, and in other cases provided for by applicable law.

Clause Two: The purchase and sale amount will be stated in the confirmation email, and the user will be provided with the payment methods available on the novavibeshop.com website at the time of purchase and sale.

First paragraph: Credit card payments may not be approved if there is any inconsistency in the cardholder's data. The bank slip generated for payment will be valid for 03 (three) business days and will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within said period.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Return due to Repentance Clause Three: Returns of products due to repentance can be made within 7 (seven) calendar days, counted AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS.

First paragraph: To exercise repentance, the user must contact novavibeshop.com by email at novavibeshop@gmail.com.

Second paragraph: After sending the email expressing repentance, the user must wait for contact from our team, who will provide the necessary procedures for item replacement or refund of the paid amount.

Third paragraph: The return provided for in this clause will only be approved by novavibeshop.com after the following have been verified: I - The actual return of the product to the supplier's distribution center; II - Confirmation by novavibeshop.com that the product has been returned unused, in its original packaging, accompanied by labels, manuals, and accessories; III - Approval of the exchange or return by the quality control department of novavibeshop.com, to be carried out within 10 business days.

Fourth paragraph: If the user exercises repentance in violation of this clause or contract, or if any discrepancy or violation of the returned product is identified, the return will not be accepted, and the product will be returned to the user without prior notice.

EXCHANGE FOR DEFECT OR PRODUCT FAILURE

Clause Four: Exchanges of products that present defects or manufacturing flaws can be made if the request is made within the legal warranty period of contact after receiving the products, in accordance with Article 26 of the Consumer Protection Code.

First paragraph: To request an exchange, the user must contact novavibeshop.com by email at novavibeshop@gmail.com.

Second paragraph: The exchange provided for in this clause will only be approved by novavibeshop.com
